If you’re ever in need of “retail therapy” in Chicago, go no further then Michigan Ave. Also named the “Magnificent Mile” for its mixture of upscale department stores, restaurants, luxury retailers, residential and commercial buildings, financial services companies, and hotels. It all caters to tourists. I took a quick walk from my hotel to Michigan Ave, which was a beautiful walk in itself. I grabbed lunch at a Chicago Style Pizzeria. I ordered deep dish of course. After lunch, I kept on walking up the Magnificent Mile and couldn’t help but notice the beautiful art-deco architectural style within the city. Michigan Ave has so much to offer to the common tourist. If you ever are in Chicagoland, you have to see for your self.
