RT. 66 Arizona for Meteor Crater

Man do I love A-Frame cabins. Something about this is just so cool to me, so when we decided to pull off of our road trip via RT. 66 to see the Meteor Crater outside of Flagstaff, and found this cabin, I was super excited.

The crater was well worth there hike up to get a gander over the rim. Between this and Crater Lake in Oregon, the US has some pretty amazing natural craters to take a peak at if you have the time or inclination. Crater Lake is a little bit more fun, but I’m a big fan of the woods and only a little fan of the desert (depending on the weather and the sites, of course). All in all it was a fun pitstop on this famous stretch of American highway and I’d highly recommend it to whoever is passing close to Flagstaff, AZ.

Furthermore, I can’t recommend the cabin enough. It was so nice to take a shower after a couple days spent in the car and the property was just incredible. 10/10, I’d say!
